Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 35 minutes later. Council ref: 2568614.
Dear Seb Davies Following on from your department attending the site your ref 2455384, we still have two drains blocked as per my attached drawing on the junction where Bristol Road meets, Bath Old Road in Radstock. Also to stop the problem of debris growing in the future and thus causing the water to flow passed the drains and freezing on the junction of Bristol Road, and continuing to flow down onto Old Bath Road on the breaking area above the traffic calming in Old Bath Road, we need the second drain up from the junction to be lowered and a retaining wall placed behind the third drain from the junction and continuing for about 2meters on each side. I am sure you are fed us with us continuing to raise this issue, but we will continue to raise this issue and take it further until the problem is rectified. I am afraid the council will be liable when there is a serious accident as a result of the problem not being dealt with.
