There are now four black bags in this location

The same issue again. Several black plastic bags left at No 1 Thomas St Bath. Please may we get some enforcement for this recurring issue? The bags won’t be taken by normal fortnightly collections as they are not in the large seagull proof bags. Unless residents report it they are left to decay and attract vermin
