The road marking have completely worn away at the junction of pool mead road leading into Shaws way

Team.....Please can you send me a date of when this job will be completed......Since 25th of February, I have witnessed incedenceces which would have been avoided if this job was completed. I am happy to raise a complaint but am really hoping this can be resolved quickly without me having to take this to the next level. Thanks for your time
