Tributes

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2575619.
There are lots of imitation flowers tied to the railings outside Belvedere old eye hospital flats. Now a ceramic pot has been left which has broken & left sharp pieces on the pavement. The tributes have been gathering over at least 10 years. Could they be taken down now & nip in the bud the ceramics being left. I understand the relevance of wanting to leave flowers at a place where someone has been lost but I thought this only applied for a short period of time. There is a memorial garden in town, I thought so that memorial sites can be cleared after a time.
