4 blocked drains inside drain 2 blocked on the top

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2577700.

These drains have been blocked for 4 years and i have the photos to prove it.

Each time i report it it gets sent to 'err' 'contractors. and i gets written off.

Why do they not get fixed one and for all. i have also been reporting them for 4 years

Canan inspector authenticate my reports rather than get written off as usual what is the point!!

Would someone like to do a site meeting and i can point them out.
