Tree at the side of the path

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2583180.

Tree at the side of the path next to 15 Somerdale view has lots of branches fell off on the ground. The tree is also hanging over my garden and I am worried it will damage my garden on a windy day. It’s in desperate need of trimming please
