Tree at the side of the path

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2583185.

Tree at the side of the path next to 15 Somerdale view has lots of branches fell off on the ground. The tree is also hanging over my garden and I am worried it will damage my garden on a windy day. It’s in desperate need of trimming please

    Further to my previous email. My problem with over hanging trees over my property. They are still there. Very large now. Can they be cut back please before any damage is done to my property.
