Road flooding from underground source

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 2584088.

There is noticeable leak from underground source that is causing the High Street to bear significant amounts of water.

From speaking with others, I gather the source of the water may be a land drain.

This is the THIRD time this has been reported. Previous reports are:

PLEASE stop closing this flooding report without actually fixing the issue.
