Water coming out of gulley at top of lane by house

Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain: Blockage inside drain category anonymously at 15:50, Sat 13 March 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2606165.

This problem had been cleared earlier this year but seems to be become blocked again. Even the small amount of water coming from the field drain is coming out of the gulley again. Please can the drain clearance team give it another go. Thanks
