  • I reported this sunken manhole cover in February. The reply I got was that the cover was not the Council's but they would contact the company responsible. Nothing has happened, so I assumed it was likely to be Wessex Water's manhole so I have just rung them. They were indeed contacted by the council in February but they say that it is not their manhole cover and have taken no further action. Who's responsibility is it? and when will it get repaired? It is a danger to cyclists.
