Adopted Footpath sinking/dipped

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2609463.
Where the path runs adjacent to Broadmoor Lane and meets with footpath that runs alongside no 79 Broadmoor Lane, there is a dip/subsided pavement. Resident reports that this has been sinking for some time and now BT covers and drain covers in the footpath are starting to stick up and could cause a tripping hazard. Resident also believes there are pipes/sewers under this path.
