This huge tree is now blocking major sunlight into my garden
The pavement outside my house at 5 Spencer drive Midsomer Norton Ba32dn is in a bad state. It is a a trip hazard for my mother when visiting and many other persons who use this path. Requires new tarmac / path to be laid to prevent an accident happening.

CC - please note the above update regarding the paving outside 5 Spencer Drive is not connected to original report from # 27 Spencer Drive. Resident requests feedback on the issue as soon as feasibly possible.

The trees here have been inspected and no urgent or essential works were identified as being required. Pruning back from neighbouring gardens is included in the routine works programme. Residents do have the right to prune back overhanging vegetation and tree canopies to the boundary. More details can be found in Tree FAQs on the council's website.
I hope the above information is helpful.
