Damage to speed table and pothole

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2618434.
The speed table surface Is damaged and uneven. At the east end there is a pothole that is a hazard for cyclists and motor bikes and at the west end the rubber material is loose and sunken requiring relaying.

This problem reported March 2021 has not been resolved and is a real danger for cyclists and motorcycles plus damage to car wheels. This 6/8 inches deep and 3ft long
