Dead tree

This tree in Parry Close seems to be dead and is shedding bark and there is also a concern that it may collapse at any time, either causing major injury or substantial damage to property or cars that are parked just a few feet away. I live at 9 Parry Close but the tree is situated between numbers 6 and 5. I think the tree has been dead for a while but not sure how long. Any assistance in resolving this issue and making it safer for residents would be very much appreciated-thank you.
