Potholes on public walkway between paths

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2626051.
There are potholes and damage to the road at the entrance of a Business premises. This section is used by pedestrians to cross the entrance to get from one footpath to the other. These holes have been there for at least 6 months and are slowly deteriorating.

The road is still in extremely bad condition - cones have been in place at lower end of Perrymead for some weeks but as you can see people are now ignoring them and parking. The whole width needs to be resurfaced and I had assumed that was the reason for the cones.
