The tree is overhanging private property. Rear of 63 Locksbrook Rd

Reported via desktop in the Trees and woodland category anonymously at 16:26, Thu 25 March 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2633696.

The tree has been cut back in recent years. However in recent high winds branches have fallen on garage roof and car when parked on drive. Also, it appears that roots extending are cracking the driveway to the garage. We're reluctant to park the car, but if parking out the front is an issue we have to use drive to park, which ideally shouldn't be a problem. Feel this tree needs to be felled as it is a potential danger to our property and vehicles and members of the public passing by.

  • We've been patient in view of the difficult times recently. However, are getting angry that we've had no enquiry into our concerns. We would like to upgrade our driveway and repair the garage roof which has been damaged from falling branches. Please respond promptly, otherwise we may have to seek advice as to what more legal proceedings we may have to take.
