Blocked gulley inspection chamber.
Reported via desktop in the Flooding of a road or pavement category anonymously at 17:09, Thu 25 March 2021
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 2633797.
Inspection chamber carrying rainwater run off from Highfield Road through pipes in my garden down to Greenlands Road is blocked once more. Water leaks through the walls of the chamber runs out into the road at the bottom of my driveway.. Causing ice across the road in freezing conditions. This was reported on 15 March ref 2609754. I am appalled now to see that it was marked 'no action' within two hours of my reporting it. There was no follow up at all.

Three months on and nobody has either contacted me or visited the site. Storm water continues to flood and cause damage to my property as well as cause pollution and flooding onto the pavement and road. The cover on the inspection chamber has been forced open by the force of water and is now wedged open in a dangerous position allowing yet more debris into the chamber. Photo attached, also see previous photos submitted of pollution on the road and pavement.

5 months on, no update no inspection! Damage is continuing to our property. Does anyone actually look at this site? Maybe our MP is the way to go.

Almost another month. Winter just around the corner, does it take an actual accident, due to severe ice on the road for anyone to take any notice! All coming from your drains on our property, causing damage. No point phoning as Covid issues given as an excuse.
