These two cars have been parked on the amenity land to the front of Elm Grove (they are in front of numbers 10 and 11) for some time; the silver one since the end of 2020 and the blue one more recently. Have checked DVLA and the silver one is untaxed and the blue one has been declared SORN so there is little sign either will be moved any time soon. Parking on the amenity land has severely churned up the grass and is making the area an eyesore. Not sure who either car belongs to otherwise would ask them to move them. Have checked with Curo as they are shown as owners of the land but they confirmed maintenance of the land falls to the Council as this area of grass is part of the adopted highway (I presume if it is adopted highway - even though it is grass - if they are untaxed these cars are illegally parked?) Please can it be arranged to have these cars removed and the land repaired?
