Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2644959.

One bollard at start of seymour road has been damaged One has clearly been knocked over / removed and not replaced This borders my house at 11 Dover place Cars and lorries frequently reverse into seymour road which is very tight The railings on my house have already been damaged.
