Children using tree to create rope swings on green outside houses 197, 198 and 199

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2655152.

Large branches are being broken, causing trip hazards on public foot path and obstruction to drive ways, falling branches causing hazards to pedestrians walking on footpath. This has been an issue for the last 8 months
