Uneven and broken pavement

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2657497.
Trip hazard. 92yo lady fell on the corner of Alfred St and St Andrews Terrace, walking south from from Bennet St. She landed on her face, broke nose and was bleeding. 3 bystanders helped, called 999, I brought blankets from our flat at The Circus.
