Fence has fallen under weight of plant growth

Reported via desktop in the Park safety issue category anonymously at 13:47, Wed 7 April 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2657879.

Last summer I emailed you and reported the collapsed length of fencing on The Tumps footpath leading from Odd Down playing fields to the entrance below 257 Bloomfield Road. You replied that the repair would be placed on the maintenance schedule, and later the fence was duly repaired. Thank you. In my email I pointed out that the fence had been brought down because the undergrowth had climbed up it, overweighing it, leading to its collapse. I suggested that if the undergrowth was removed, the life of the fencing would be extended. This advice was not followed, and as you can see in the attached photo, the length of fence immediately behind 259 Bloomfield Road has now collapsed, and the rear of my property is no longer secure.
