Numerous pothole and crumbling edge of road surface

Reported via desktop in the Potholes & road surface category anonymously at 15:48, Wed 14 April 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2671503.

I've already reported this matter through reference numbers 2503011 and 22503011. Report 2503011 was marked as fixed today but this issue hasn't been resolved.

There are still numerous potholes along Broadmoor Lane and particularly a large hole at the side of the drain and near a new property called 'The Parlour'.

Water is coming out of the drain and is washing away the road surface which is crumbling at the edge for about 20 meters.
