Bus blocking the roads and spewing diesel pollutants

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2677799.

I cannot believe you are allowing the Open Top bus to start up again. After months of relative clean air and reduced traffic on Brock Street, the Open Top bus is now blocking the street every 20 minutes from 10am to 7pm. The corner of Brock Street and Upper Church Street is too small for the bus to safely navigate. To add insult to injury, the bus is nearly empty — today no passengers on multiple trips.
