Holloway has once again become the car park of Bath ... the return of shoppers to the city has seen the number of 'chancers' parking in an area where we the residents have to buy permits has increase dramatically. Please considered extended the controlled hours from 8.00am - 6.00pm to 8.00am - 8.00pm in order to allow permit holding residents to return home from work & park! Also, Sundays need to included ... & of course, more frequent visits by parking wardens would be good. at the moment we are paying for the privilege on not being able to park! :(
