Tree on private land but will check it's condition and follow up with landowner id appropriate as if it fails it will impact on the highway.

I am a resident of Greyfield View and wanted to give an update on the condition of this tree since it was reported by Cllr David Wood in April. It's now end of June and as you can see there is life in the tree and quite a bit of new growth. Personally I would like to save this tree if at all possible. The image provided was taken from my window and I would much rather be looking at the tree than into the back of the opposite property! Please can we get some professional advice on whether this tree can be saved - it certainly needs some attention but I really don't want to lose it completely. Thank you

The tree is not an imminent danger to the highway but will deteriorate further if it isn't removed. Highways are in the process of determining the action required as regards the landowner as I understand the council do not own nor are responsible for this land.
