All street light STILL not working in Orchard Road
Reported via mobile in the Street light fault category anonymously at 21:08, Friday 23 April 2021
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2688236.
I had confirmation today, 23rd April, to confirm that Western Power have fixed the cable fault. This however is not the case as all street lights are still out. This problem was first reported on 5th April which is nearly 3 weeks ago and the issue has still not been resolved. This is unacceptable to have a road in the pitch black for so long and the danger it is causing. Please can someone resolve this issue ASAP as 3 weeks is a unreasonable time to wait.
We've looked into this report and are investigating the issue. We will update this report once we decide what action to take.

Western Power advise they will be on site today to locate the fault and their intention is to carry out repairs on Wednesday 19th May. We hope this information is of help and the lights will be working as normal after then.
