Dangerous road damage

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2689357.
I caught the edge of a significant pothole on my bike and fell off - luckily I am ok but my bike is scratched. This is a very dangerous section of road and needs urgent repairs to make is safe for all users.

This surface is getting even worse now - I have to carefully cycle into the centre of the road now and some car drivers are not sympathetic and have driving aggressively past at speed, honking horns/swearing etc. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS SECTION OF ROAD NEEDING URGENT ATTENTION before there is a serious accident involving personal injury.
