Blocked drain - Spring Gardens Road

Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain: Blockage inside drain category anonymously at 14:03, Thursday 29 April 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2698027.

After the recent weather, we've found that the drain at the rear of the premises (The Boater) is blocked and as such creates a moat leaving our business quite difficult to access by customers. The drain is on Spring Gardens Road, just under Pulteney Bridge. How would we go about getting this drain cleared and operational again?
