Oil slick on the highway

Reported via desktop in the Excessive or dangerous littering category anonymously at 17:59, Friday 30 April 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 days, 16 hours, 54 minutes later. Council ref: 2700315.

There is a large oil slick on the left hand side of the highway at the entrance to Greyfield Common, High Littleton BS39 6YL. This is cause by a blue van which is parked there each evening. (I have the registration and address but have not submitted them in accordance with your guidelines). There is a skid risk especially to cyclists and pedestrians. I have spoken to the owner of the van but he has taken no action. The issue has been present since January 2021
