Damaged street signage

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2708530.
On 5th November 2019, a vehicle identified in photo 1 reversed onto the playing field and subsequently mowed down the street sign for 9-13 Ludlow close. This was reported at the time... 1 1/2 yrs on and we are still without street signage.

We've looked into this report and passed the details on to our contractor. They will plan and carry out any work needed.
We try to replace as many street nameplates at the same time as possible. This helps us to manage the cost of replacements but does mean it can take a bit longer. 4 out of 5 issues are updated within 6 months.To find out more please visit please visit https://www.bathnes.gov.uk/ fmsroads20

The drain outside my house on the street is getting blocked with weeds and plants growing. Would it be possible for the council to.remove them ? Tha nks
