Faded yellow lines on road outside lane next to Parsons Bakery

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2719715.

I am writing to you again to stress the issues being caused by vehicles parking in front of the lane used by multiple businesses next door to Parsons bakery. This happens every single day, multiple times a day with no end. We have emailed previously with regards to this problem and you have received complaints about this previously from others yet nothing has been done and it has been months. This easily goes back to last year. Is there any reason why there is a long delay to rectify the traffic issues being caused? Can we have a schedule or expected date to see efforts being carried out to fix this issue?
