Apple tree overhanging private land

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2723327.

This was logged previously as ref. 2666713. The status is said to be fixed, however, no action has been taken and the branches still overhang private land and the apples can fall from the tree and damage cars parked on private land.

  • As has been stated, any essential works identified are in the routine programme of works, as no urgent works in the interest of public safety were identified. You have the right to prune back the overhanging branches to the boundary, but notification is required as is within the conservation area of Bath. This report is now closed. Further comments may not be monitored.
