Tree between 14-15 Pepys Close causing damage to pavement and limiting property access

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2731574.

The roots beneath the tree between 14 and 15 Pepys Close is damaging the pavement and preventing access to number 15. We are wanting to carry out some work to our property but this is currently not possible due to the access issues this is causing

  • The tree was last inspected in 2020 and will arrange with highways inspector to assess the condition of the footway surface. We've looked into this report and are investigating the issue. We will update this report once we decide what action to take.
