Reported via desktop in the Vegetation blocking road or sign visibility - In the countryside category anonymously at 18:28, Mon 17 May 2021
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 13 hours, 48 minutes later. Council ref: 2732171.
Walking on the path of monger lane towards welton on the odd no’s house side. The path ends at a blind bend, therefore, to cross over quick enough, there is a need to mount the kerb to get onto the path opposite, with possible certain hindrances in tow, ie pushchair, infants, dogs etc the oncoming vehicles and the parked cars make visibility extremely difficult to do this with relative safety.
