Block drain on Stanton Lane

Reported via mobile in the Blocked drain: Blockage inside drain category anonymously at 13:41, Monday 24 May 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2745836.

This issue was previously reported during the winter and the case was marked as completed. To the best of my knowledge no contractor visited the drain. Since then we have had little rain to allow a reassessment of the issue.

As you can see from the photos the rain over the last few days has led to water being pushed up through the drain cover. The water is significant and us running down Stanton Lane.

The drain is directly outside the wall of my grade II listed property and it appears to be causing damage to the wall.

I reside at Guys Farm.

Please could the contractor contact us to confirm what work is being undertaken as I am concerned that unless it is fixed my property is going to suffer significant damage.
