Overgrown vegetation on road
Reported via mobile in the Vegetation blocking road or sign visibility - In the countryside category anonymously at 18:56, Thursday 27 May 2021
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2753657.
The vegetation is very overgrown at the top of Steway where it meets Bannerdown roads. Severe poor visibility getting out onto the main road!
Thank you for your report, it will be reviewed by the appropriate team.

⚠️ I am absolutely disgusted that this has not been done with how dangerous the vision is! It has come to members of my family to trim the overgrown vegetation back to make it slightly more visible so none of us get killed as it is a 60mph road, however people do go a lot faster along the main road!!!! There are elderly people who live on Steway Lane who haven’t been out due to how scared they were that they couldn’t see!! I’m extremely disappointed with the council on this matter!!

The council mowed a small amount of vegetation. There is still so much and impossible to see out of the junction without going onto the main road!
