High cow parsley blocking view at dangerous junction

Reported via desktop in the Vegetation blocking road or sign visibility - In the countryside category by Gillian Palmer at 10:03, Friday 28 May 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 hour, 25 minutes later. Council ref: 2754491.

Because the road is closed through Chewton Keynsham due to work in the bridge area we have to use the Redlynch road junction to Charlton road to access Keynsham. Villagers do not usually use this exit if they can help it because of poor visibility of oncoming vehicles. This is a very dangerous junction at the best of times but with the big, bulky cow parsley it is impossible to see clearly if the road is clear without putting oneself in danger. We are all in the village very concerned that there may be a serious accident. The council is , I know well aware of the dangerous issues at this junction but if you could clear a section of the cow parsley as soon as possible, if not immediately, we would be very grateful and lives may be saved. Thank you Gillian Palmer
