Over grown public footpath

Reported via mobile in the Overgrown vegetation in Council parks and green spaces category anonymously at 19:06, Sunday 30 May 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2758383.

The area in question, which is the old abandoned railway track, has been overgrown for months. I live in Rudmore Park, and have a back exit onto the path that leads to the main road. The rest of the footpath leading to Avon Park and eventually Brassmill lane is almost impassable. Years ago this was cut with a tractor every 3 months or so but is now left to turn into a jungle. Please can the footpath be cut back at least, so I can get from my property to my parents property in Avon Park safely with my children
