The three blocked drains means that the water collects in the last one at the bottom of the hill (just before the st Catherine postbox) The upper two drains have been blocked for six months at least, and I have been shovelling the earth away from the bottom one, but that is now full, so the water is pooling quite badly.

  • Three weeks after reporting these blocked drains, there has been no action. Whilst the pooling water is lessened by warmer weather, the blockages - and the mud - remain. One heavy downpour and the flooding will be back. Why the delay?
