Parking on faded double yellow lines
Reported via desktop in the Faded road markings category by Paul Kirby at 22:01, Wed 9 June 2021
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2781083.
Cars are parking on the double yellow lines at the junction of Park Lane and Audley Park Road. This means that if you are exiting left out of Audley Park Road you do so right into oncoming traffic. Likewise, if you turn right into Audley Park Road from Park Lane you are in danger of hitting anyone approaching the junction from Audley Park Road. Please either fine people for parking on double yellows or re paint them before there is an accident.

And while you're in the area with the equipment, please do St James's St too.

It is not just faded lines, but leaf etc debris hiding them. The junction is also very dangerous for vehicles leaving Audley Park Road due to lack of visibility of traffic heading North - thick ivy on the railings around the southern corner of APRd. Plus for traffic turning into APRd because the hedge on the north side has thickened to the extent that it overhangs the double yellow lines, so the road width has been reduced.
