Trees grown form Garden foliage
Reported via desktop in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category anonymously at 14:24, Thursday 10 June 2021
There was a lot of foliage growing over our walls last year From Jewsons industrial yard, which was removed last year, and two trees have grown from that. I have lived here for 13 years and they have grown in that time in an area between their scaffolding storage and my wall. It has now reached a height where it is putting my courtyard garden in total shade in an evening, which I have always enjoyed, and important for my mental well being, I live alone with my hearing dog. These trees have sprouted up from Garden foliage that got out of hand between the wall and their scaffolding, which 3 neighbours complained about and got cut back eventially last year I want these trees removed, (there are two, one directly behind that is also growing. Jewson says they cant be cut down, but it is growing from their Yard. Can you help, as it is affecting my view, the amount of light into my garden, my well being, and diminishing the enjoyment of me living here for the past 13 years. The trees were not originally there, and have only sprouted up in the last decade, very quickly... Can you help so I can get back to Jewson? Best regards
