Bollard hit many times now leaning + wobbly + house unprotected

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2791263.
Bollard ,placed on crossroads old Midford road and tucking mill lane to protect Dorset cottage , now hit by lorries making 3 point turns so many times . It is damaged, unstable, leaning and no longer protecting Dorset cottage. Top of bollard part sheared off and base breaking up road. Main damage happened in last year.
