The entire paement in Lansdown park is damaged and covered in Moss and therefore extreemly dangerous to the elderly when it becomes wet.

The cleaning we have requested rarely happens and when it did in never reached the end of the cul-de-sac. today however your operatives have been cleaning the pavement outside of a single property, number 20. When are you returning to finish the job?
