Large dead tree partially entwined around Compton Dando Bridge

Reported via desktop in the Trees and woodland category anonymously at 11:25, Thu 17 June 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2798183.

There is a large dead tree next to the Compton Dando bridge. We think it probably has ash dieback disease. The tree is partially attached/entwined around one of the bridge buttresses.

There is concern over the tree falling and injuring someone as it is obviously dead but we are also concerned about damage to the bridge itself.
