Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2798974.
The balustrade in Sunderland Street has developed several fractures at the bottom and along the top and may be unstable. See attached photo. Needs repairing..

You have to walk in the road down Henrietta mews as the park hedge totally overhangs the pavement and needs cutting back
