Vandalism/ break-in/ entry (?)

CONSERVATION AREA:

Again, Tree Tops Nursing Home, St Clements Road has been broken into.

Vandals have broken in to the boarded up building - gained access (?) through the broken window.

There is broken concrete walling on the ground where the previous break in took place, and they've thrown fencing onto grass.

There still remains extensive GRAFFITI along wall towards Dapps Hill
