Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 months, 2 weeks, 2 days, 1 hour, 51 minutes later. Council ref: 2823014.

Outside Hortum House-Pulteney Rd in heavy rain the pavement and road flood.

This then flows onto driveway should heavy rain persist.

Source of flooding is unknown but there are a lot of trees that shed and possibly a drain further up is blocked.

  • Still floods because gutter blocked.

  • This is still and major problem and restricts pedestrians walking safely on the pavement and causing flooding across the pavement and road. This has not been surveyed and no action has been taken despite numerous complaints.

  • Taken at 5 pm today 1 November 2021. This is totally unacceptable! Never fixed and each time it rains 2 great lakes are created outside Hortum House and No 6 both at T junction with N Parade Road.
