Noisey Manhole cover

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2827483.

Recently BANES lifted a manhole cover. Since the manhole cover was lifted and lowered back into position, it makes a loud clanking noise every time a car passes over it. This noise is affecting our peaceful enjoyment of our property as our living room, and master bedroom are at the front of the house. The manhole cover needs to be repaired or replaced to dampen the sound.
