No parking bollard smashed and broken

Reported via desktop in the Railings, bollard, & post damage category by Helen Peter at 10:12, Sunday 11 July 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2855943.

The black bollard to stop cars mounting the pavement or parking on the corner with St Marks and Lyncome Hill has been smashed into and the asphalt fixing broken up. Someone has stood it up again but it is leaning and loose so needs fixing, please. Many thanks
